Empowerment Workshops
BBW University’s Empowerment Workshops are designed to inform, uplift, and equip plus-size women with tools they can use in everyday life. Led by our team and trusted sponsors, these sessions focus on real topics that matter.
Body Positivity Advocacy:
We advocate for the right of every woman to feel seen, respected, and confident in her own skin. We challenge unrealistic beauty standards and push back against narratives that say bodies must look a certain way to be worthy.
Sisterhood and Networking:
BBWU believes in creating spaces where plus-size women can connect without judgment, compete less, and collaborate more. We create opportunities to connect both personally and professionally with people who understand the journey.
